By accessing or using this website, and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website.

3. Orders

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. By placing an order with B M Plastic Suppliers Limited the buyer agrees to the outlined terms and conditions. The order represents an agreement between B M Plastic Suppliers Limited and the buyer, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. These terms include, but are not limited to payment obligations, delivery expectations and returns policy. Any amendments or modification to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties, failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of the order and potential legal action to enforce the agreement.

B M Plastic Suppliers Limited endeavors to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of goods listed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, while we strive for precision, please note that the descriptions, weights, dimensions, images and other representation of products are intended as a guide only and may not be exact. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and always read manufactures guidance, warnings and directions if provided, before you use the product. B M Plastic Suppliers Limited reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

As a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes your right to:

• Cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for custom-cut or made-to-order items)
• Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
• Request a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to cancel your order or return an item, please contact us at sales@bmplasticsuppliers.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Age Restriction Notification:

Buyers who are purchasing products such as glues, solvents and aerosols must be over the age of 18 to purchase these items. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they meet the age requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the age restrictions. B M Plastic Suppliers Limited is not liable for verifying the age of the buyer and accepts no responsibility for misuse or misrepresentation.

4.Pricing and Costs

All prices listed on B M Plastic Suppliers Limited’s website are in British pounds sterling (GBP), the prices shown on the website do not include VAT, we strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate and up to date. However, B M Plastic Suppliers Limited reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, promotional offers and other variables. The price of an item at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged plus VAT, regardless of any subsequent price changes. Any additional charges such as delivery fees will be clearly shown at the checkout process or communicated to the buyer when placing an order over the telephone. B M Plastic Suppliers Limited are not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

If needed B M Plastic Suppliers Limited reserves the right to add any further costs that has incurred, this may be due to any alteration to the order made by the purchaser or any delay by the purchaser who has failed to provide the correct information such as alterations to the order or correct delivery address that is needed to complete the sale and delivery of goods. Any extra costs incurred due to goods being delivered by transport which is more expensive than our usual mode of transport, at the request of the purchaser.

Quotations

All quotations provided by B M Plastic Suppliers Limited, will be communicated to the buyer via email and will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. If the buyer wishes to accept a quotation issued by B M Plastic Suppliers Limited and proceed with the purchasing of goods, full payment will be required at the time of ordering the goods and an order confirmation will be issued to the buyer via email. The specified items will be delivered to the buyer within the agreed time frame and B M Plastic Suppliers Limited will issue an invoice to the buyer via email showing full payment including VAT. B M Plastic Suppliers Limited reserves the right to withdraw or revise any quotation prior to acceptance.

5.Payment Terms

Standard Customers

All payments for orders placed through our website must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept several payment methods that will be presented to you at checkout e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.Trade & Account CustomersWe may offer approved business customers the option of a credit account, subject to satisfactory credit checks and written agreement. For trade accounts, orders will be invoiced with payment due by the last business day of the month in which the invoice is issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Failure to make payment by the due date may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your account and/or outstanding contracts
• Withdrawal of credit facilities
• Withholding of further deliveries
• Application of statutory interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

We reserve the right to recover reasonable debt collection costs and fees incurred due to late or non-payment.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of B M Plastic Suppliers Limited until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim goods supplied on credit if payment is not made in accordance with these terms.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery Methods

We use reputable third-party couriers to deliver orders and may use Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked services to deliver smaller items. The delivery method will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates and times provided at checkout or in correspondence are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver goods promptly, we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier, postal service or other factors beyond our control.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are confirmed as delivered by the courier or Royal Mail tracking system. A scanned signature, GPS timestamp, photographic evidence or confirmation from the delivery provider constitutes sufficient proof of delivery.

Responsibility and Risk

Risk of the goods, passes to the customer at the point of delivery, regardless of whether someone is available to accept the parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is secure and accessible.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or delay once the order has been handed over to the courier or postal service. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Claims for Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and provide updates.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted and refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion based on courier evidence.

7. Return and Handling Charges

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.

Custom-cut, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except where they are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to return an item that was correctly supplied, undamaged, and not faulty, we reserve the right to apply a 25% handling charge. This charge covers administration, restocking and associated costs.

8. Restricted Products/Age Verification

Certain products we sell (including adhesives, solvents, and aerosols) are age-restricted under UK law and must not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the legal age. B M Plastic Suppliers Limited is not responsible for verifying the age of purchasers and shall not be liable for any misuse or unlawful purchase.

9. Cancellation Rights (Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, individual consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods. This right does not apply to custom-cut or bespoke items.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
