Do your prices on the website include VAT?

The prices displayed on the website do not include VAT, when you checkout on the website and you receive your invoice, this will display the full cost including the VAT and delivery charges.

What do I do if the product’s price states POA?

Please contact us via WhatsApp, email or telephone, so we can confirm the item’s price.

I would like to change my order, is this possible?

Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can assist with this, to avoid any further issues or delays.

Delivery:

Where do you deliver and what is your delivery timeframe?

We offer UK Nationwide delivery and our delivery timeframe is 1-3 days.

When will my order be sent and is there a cut off time?

We will endeavour to dispatch all products to our customers within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays/public holidays) subject to stock availability and provided they are ordered before 3pm. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed but we aim for all orders to arrive in a timely manner.

What postal service/couriers do you use?

We use trusted couriers (DPD/DX) and Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked to deliver your order – the delivery method will be selected based on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Where is my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and delivery. You can track your order via the “Track My Order” function on our website. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate.

I have received part of my order, where is the other part?

Sometimes we need to use different couriers to deliver parts of an order but we will always try our best to have all your items arrive on the same day.

My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery – if you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us at sales@bmplasticsuppliers.com.

Returns:

How long do I have to return an item?

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@bmplasticsuppliers.com within 14 days of delivery. We can then provide you with the return instructions and our returns form.

Can I return a custom cut item?

No unfortunately custom cut, made to order or bespoke items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

I have made a return, what is a handling charge?

If you return an item that was correctly supplied, undamaged and not faulty, we reserve the right to apply a 25% handling charge. This charge covers administration, restocking and associated costs.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive a return, we aim to check and process the refund, as soon as possible. However, the refund time frame can vary depending on the payment method used and the bank provider.
