To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.
Custom-cut, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you wish to return an item that was correctly supplied, undamaged and not faulty, we reserve the right to apply a 25% handling charge. This charge covers administration, restocking and associated costs.
We would advise that returns are sent via recorded delivery, as returned goods lost in transit, will not be refunded.
A refund will be issued once the order has been returned, checked and actioned – please note that the refund timeframe can vary depending on the payment method and the bank provider.
